I thought the book was very practical in its approach to fighting addictions. I learned a great deal about our spirit vs. our soul (Flesh, mind, body). I am looking at that piece of scripture (Paul's battle with sin)) in a new way and my approach to bad habits. This book has impacted my heart and spirit in a positive way. I now have a plan when the temptation comes. "The lavishing love that God has for me and to to focus on that love and peace not look at myself the way I have in the past. Thank you for the qucik to the point read and new game plan I now have trusting in the permanent peace from my Father.

If you want to live the highest experience in your walk with the Lord, this book is a must read! If your a believer and you find your life in Christ is not so great, the one holding you back may not reside in Hades, or be the wrath of Yahweh, but the one in the mirror!
